Refunds & Cancellations

1. Consultation fees are non-refundable

The consultation fee is charged to reserve the doctor’s time for your appointment. Once your booking is confirmed, the fee is non-refundable.

2. Cancellations and missed appointments

Cancelling your appointment, or not attending at your booked time, does not entitle you to a refund.

3. If the doctor is unavailable

If the doctor is unable to attend your booked appointment, we will reschedule it for another date at no extra charge.

4. Payment deducted but booking not confirmed

If money was deducted from your account but your booking was not confirmed, please contact us with your payment reference. The amount will be returned to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
